This female-only run club was established to empower women, whether they are beginners or experienced runners, to feel confident, supported and capable. The club's purpose extends beyond running itself; it strives to build strong community connections, nurture self-belief and reduce the self-consciousness that often deters women from joining traditional, mixed-gender run clubs.
