“Findle”: a mindfulness collection kit

“Findle” is a mindful collection kit designed to help young adults manage rising stress levels. It features 30 embossed prompt cards that encourage physical mindfulness through sensory engagement, creativity, reflection, social connection, and time in nature. The collection kit is supported by intentionally designed tactile elements and a storage box to keep your “finds” in.

How “findle” Works

Findle is designed to be simple and easy to integrate into your everyday routine. Each day, choose one prompt card from the kit and follow it to find something small (like a leaf, a doodle, or a note from a friend) that connects you to the moment. Place your find in the collection box, and over time, your discoveries will build into a unique record of everyday mindfulness.

After 30 days, you’ll have a box full of meaningful little reminders to reflect on, revisit, and enjoy.

The Prompt Cards

There are 30 prompt cards for 30 days. The prompts break into 6 themes, which engage mindfulness in different ways.

Each “Findle” prompt has been carefully developed through research and consultation with professionals to make the practice both simple and effective in daily life.

The 6 prompt theme can be distinguished by different patterns which are printed on the cards and also embossed for extra texture…
