WALKKA is a community-focused mobile app that offers customisable walking routes based on each user’s location and preferences. It encourages healthy, shared activities that help users explore their surroundings, discover hidden local gems, and build stronger connections within their neighbourhoods — fostering a greater sense of belonging and community.

To foster closer audience engagement with WALKKA, a series of flyer-style stickers was designed. When peeled, each sticker reveals a QR code that directs users to download the WALKKA mobile application, currently linked to the app’s demo version. In addition, a bus shelter ad poster was designed with bright colours to attract attention and encourage users to download the WALKKA app.
People who don’t have access to a mobile app or smart devices can also enjoy this service through physical maps placed at bus stops. WALKKA will serve as both a customisable and easy-to-use walking guide and a bridge connecting people within the community. It is also expected to help people connect more deeply with their cities and neighbourhoods, discovering hidden gems and fostering a greater sense of belonging.
